LITTLE SUAMICO, WI – A 66-year-old man from Manitowoc and a 32-year-old man from Oconto man succumbed to fatal wounds after a collision Tuesday.

FOX 11 said the events of this crash started to unfold when the driver of a pickup truck hit a cable barrier, leaving the motorist in an unconscious state.

A good Samaritan, a second driver, saw the situation and pulled his equipment truck over to help. A third vehicle, a van, then struck the truck.

First responders tried to free the first motorist — the 32-year-old man —from his truck. However, he ended up dying from his injuries and was declared dead at the scene.

The driver of the equipment truck, who was identified as a 66-year-old man, also died at the scene. He was later identified as Tom Craig, a radio talk show host for WOMT and WCUB. The 73-year-old female passenger with Craig, his wife, was taken to a hospital for her injuries.
