APPLETON, WI – Authorities cleared a crash at the southbound I-41 and Wisconsin Avenue junction after 1 p.m. near the Appleton International Airport.
The collision happened at approximately 12:21 p.m. and had initially blocked all lanes, 511 Wisconsin revealed.
