MARINETTE COUNTY, WI — Part of U.S. Highway 141 was closed near the town of Amberg last Friday afternoon, December 8, following a crash, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident happened at Barker Road and was first recorded by 511 at 4:12 p.m.
Although officials have not said what led up to the wreck, both northbound and southbound lanes of US-141 were blocked for over 1.5 hours, suggesting a more involved emergency response.
