WASHINGTON COUNTY, WI — Authorities responded to a wreck Thursday morning that closed part of Wisconsin State Highway 33 near West Bend, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident happened on a stretch of WIS-33 (East Washington Street) at North Oak Road, in an area east of West Bend Municipal Airport. It was first reported by 511 shortly before 8:30 a.m.
The events leading up to the crash have not been specified, but both eastbound and westbound lanes of WIS-33 were blocked for over an hour.

By 9:44 a.m., crews had removed the scene from the roadway and all travel lanes were announced reopened.
