MILWAUKEE, WI — Authorities were called to a crash Friday morning that closed an Interstate 43 exit ramp in downtown Milwaukee, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision occurred on the Exit 72A ramp from Interstate 43 northbound to West Michigan Street, in the city’s Westown neighborhood. It was first recorded by 511 shortly before 9:00 a.m.

The system ramp remained closed for about 30 minutes following the initial report. By 9:30 a.m., the scene had been cleared and all lanes on the ramp were announced reopened.
