MILWAUKEE, WI — A man was taken into custody Sunday night after crashing his car into a gas station in northwest Milwaukee, according to FOX 6 Milwaukee.
The wreck took place at a Clark station, off of North 60th Street and Good Hope Road, in the city’s Wyrick Park neighborhood. It was first reported at about 10:00 p.m.
Milwaukee Police said officers arrived to find the vehicle, a dark-colored SUV, crashed into the building, The driver, who was observed standing outside the wreckage, was arrested for OWI (Operating While Intoxicated).
Authorities said the male driver suffered minor injuries, but did not say whether he had to be taken to a hospital.
No other injuries were reported in the incident.
