MILWAUKEE, WI — A 36-year-old man had died after a two-vehicle wreck early Thursday that left three others injured in northwest Milwaukee, according to TMJ4.
Milwaukee Police said the fatal crash happened near the corner of North Sherman Boulevard and West Roosevelt Drive, in the city’s Roosevelt Grove neighborhood. Officers arrived on the scene shortly after 2:14 a.m.
An early investigation shows one vehicle was heading southbound on Sherman Boulevard at the same time another vehicle was traveling westbound on Roosevelt Drive. Authorities did not say which vehicle had the right-of-way, but the vehicles collided at the intersection.
The driver and passenger of the southbound vehicle, along with the driver of the westbound vehicle, all sustained non-fatal injuries. The passenger of the westbound vehicle, however, suffered life-threatening injuries. All four patients were transported to a local hospital where the passenger of the westbound vehicle later died.
No other details have been shared at this time, as an investigation remains ongoing.
