OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle accident Sunday afternoon closed all northbound lanes of Interstate 41 in northeast Appleton, according to We Are Green Bay.
The collision occurred near Exit 145 to Wisconsin Highway 441. It was first reported by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation at about 3:00 p.m.
Few details have been released, but officials with the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.
The wreck was projected to clear from the roadway within two hours, but ultimately required about three hours of clearance time before the roadway was reopened.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
