DODGE COUNTY, WI — A 4-year-old child died late Wednesday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle at a private property in rural Beaver Dam, reports We Are Green Bay.
An officer with the Town of Beaver Dam Police Department and several Dodge County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded on the scene at about 5:00 p.m.
Details are limited, but first responders rushed the child to a local hospital where Flight for Life was also responding “for possible transport of the patient.”
Officials confirmed the young child died from their injuries at the hospital.
