MILWAUKEE, WI — A vehicle crash Monday morning blocked two left lanes on Interstate 43 in Milwaukee’s south side, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The wreck occurred on the southbound interstate at West Oklahoma Avenue, near the city’s Polonia neighborhood. It was first reported by 511 at 8:49 a.m.
Few details have been released, but the two lanes remained closed for more than 35 minutes.

By 9:27 a.m., the accident had been cleared from the interstate and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
