SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI — A 65-year-old Saukville man was issued a citation Thursday afternoon after a single-vehicle wreck on Interstate 43 in Cedar Grove, reports WXERFM.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department said the collision occurred on a span of the interstate at Pebble Beach Road, near the south county line.
Officials said they had received a call about an erratic driver shortly before that same driver veered off the roadway and overturned into a ditch.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was not hurt, but responding deputies recovered a glass pipe with residue that suggested recent usage. He received a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to a ticket for “operating while suspended.”
