OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash Thursday morning blocked a left lane on an Interstate 41 exit ramp in northeast Appleton, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision took place on the offramp from I-41 southbound to the southbound lanes of Wisconsin Highway 441. It was first reported by 511 Wisconsin shortly before 8:04 a.m.

Officials have not provided further details on the circumstances behind the event, but the closure remained in place for about 30 minutes.
By 8:33 a.m., the scene had been cleared from the ramp and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
