OZAUKEE COUNTY, WI — A collision early Wednesday closed an Interstate 43 exit ramp for over an hour near east Mequon, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash happened on the Exit 85 ramp from I-43 southbound to Mequon Road, or Wisconsin Highway 57. It was first reported by 511 shortly before 3:43 a.m.

Officials did not say what led up to the wreck, but all lanes on the ramp were shut down.
Shortly after 4:30 a.m., over an hour later, the scene had been cleared and the exit ramp was reopened to traffic.
