DODGE COUNTY, WI — A woman died early Tuesday evening after a single-vehicle accident on a Wisconsin Highway 26 exit ramp in the Township of Emmet, according to TMJ4.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office said the fatal crash happened on a northbound offramp at around 5:19 p.m.
An early investigation shows the woman was driving a Toyota when she lost control at a curve in the road and veered off the highway, causing the vehicle to roll several times.
She died from her injuries at the scene, confirmed the Dodge County Medical Examiner.
Multiple emergency agencies, including Watertown Fire Department, Watertown Paramedics, and Watertown Police Department, also assisted at the site.
