OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A collision Tuesday morning closed all northbound lanes of Wisconsin Highway 47 near southeast Plover, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident occurred on the eastbound highway at Everett Heights Court. It was first reported by 511 at 2:13 p.m.
