BROWN COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash Friday morning blocked three left lanes on Interstate 41 near Howard Dog Park in northwest Green Bay, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident occurred on the southbound lanes at Exit 170A to Velp Avenue, in the Howard area. It was first reported by 511 shortly before 6:07 a.m.

No details on the circumstances behind the crash have been shared, but the lanes gradually reopened until about 6:28 a.m., when the scene was reported cleared.
