MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — A 17-year-old boy suffered serious injuries Sunday afternoon in a rollover tractor accident while working in a Town of Franklin field, according to NBC15.
Deputies with the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene off of Irish Valley Road shortly after 4:00 p.m.
An early investigation indicates the teenager was operating the tractor to move hay bales when the vehicle overturned.
The victim was airlifted to UW-Hospital in Madison. Officials said he was in serious but stable condition.
Multiple other agencies, including Plain Ambulance, Plain Fire Department, and UW Health Medflight worked at the scene.
