BROWN COUNTY, WI — One person was injured Wednesday night when strong winds caused a semi-truck to flip on Wisconsin Highway 172 in Ashwaubenon, reports WBAY.
The incident occurred on the eastbound highway at Ashland Avenue at around 6:33 p.m.
According to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, one person suffered undisclosed injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
Three eastbound lanes were temporarily closed during the emergency response. By 7:50 p.m., Ashwaubenon Fire Rescue crews were able to get the rolled semi upright again.
Members of the Wisconsin State Patrol also assisted at the scene.
