MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — One person was hospitalized Thursday morning after a single-vehicle rollover wreck on Interstate 41 near west Oak Creek, reports CBS58.
The accident happened on the the southbound lanes (I-41/94) at West Ryan Road. It was first reported by CBS58 traffic anchor Andy Brovelli at 6:15 a.m.
Few details have been provided at this time, but the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office said the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was ejected in the crash. The patient was last listed in serious condition.
All southbound traffic was asked to detour off the interstate at Ryan Road during the emergency response.
Commuters were asked to take 27th or Howell around the scene to avoid delays.
