MILWAUKEE, WI — A vehicle crash Monday morning shut down an Interstate 94 exit ramp near west Milwaukee’s Merrill Park neighborhood, according to TTWN Milwaukee.
The accident occurred on the eastbound lanes to South 35th Street. It was first reported by TTWN at 8:35 a.m.
No information has been shared regarding the events leading up to the wreck, but the right lane was initially blocked.
By 8:40 a.m., commuters were warned of delays impacting traffic back to 84th Street.

At 9:10 a.m., half an hour later, the offramp was also announced closed. It was unclear when the ramp was expected to reopen.
