OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle collision Wednesday night blocked all northbound and southbound lanes of Wisconsin Highway 47 near Cicero, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash happened at the intersection with Shady Road and was first reported by 511 at 8:15 p.m.

By 9:36 p.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
