MILWAUKEE, WI — Two people were injured in a rollover collision early Friday after Greenfield police performed a PIT maneuver near southwest Milwaukee, reports FOX6 Milwaukee.
The crash occurred in the area of South 43rd Street and West Morgan Avenue, near Alverno College.
According to authorities, officers had tried to pull over a 31-year-old male driver for registration problems, but he refused to stop, prompting a chase.
The PIT maneuver and resulting rollover crash left both the driver and his female passenger with minor injuries. They were taken to a local hospital.
Officials said the driver was arrested following the incident. His passenger is not expected to be charged.
