MILWAUKEE, WI — A 20-year-old woman was cited Thursday morning after a multi-vehicle accident sent her car crashing into a business in northwest Milwaukee, reports TMJ4.
The incident occurred at the intersection of North 51st Boulevard and West Burleigh Street at around 9:18 a.m.
According to Milwaukee police, a car was heading eastbound on Burleigh when it failed to stop at a red light. Moments later, it hit another vehicle traveling northbound on 51st. The impact of the wreck forced the first car into a nearby building and caused the second vehicle to hit a third car.
Authorities said the causing driver sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene. She has since been cited for her role in the accident.
