WAUPACA COUNTY, WI — A vehicle accident Wednesday morning closed all northbound lanes on U.S. Highway 45 near south New London, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision occurred on the northbound highway near County Road D. It was first reported by 511 at 7:22 a.m.

By 7:30 a.m., all southbound lanes were also blocked, indicating a major crash and a more involved emergency response.

Shortly before 8:00 a.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
