OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A 19-year-old man died Tuesday afternoon after a two-vehicle collision involving a box truck on Wisconsin Highway 47 near Black Creek, according to Post-Crescent.
Deputies with the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene near County Road A at around 1:45 p.m.
According to authorities, the teen was behind the wheel of a van going north on County Road A when the vehicle was struck by a box truck that was going south on WI-47.
The teen died from his injuries at the scene, confirmed the sheriff’s office.
The driver of the truck, a 40-year-old man, received medical treatment and was released.
All highway lanes in the area were shutdown for more than three hours during an investigation.
It was not immediately clear whether any charges were pending.
