MADISON, WI – One person was taken into custody Monday afternoon after their vehicle crashed into a bus while fleeing Wisconsin State Patrol in Madison
According to WMTV, Troopers were perusing the suspect vehicle on I-94 for some time before terminating the chase due to safety concerns. Moments later, the suspect slammed into a bus along Highway 30 near North Thompson Drive.
All occupants in the suspect vehilce fled on foot immediately following the crash. One of them was stopped on Commercial Avenue and taken into custody a short time later.
Fortunately, no occupants on the bus were injured in the crash.
