MILWAUKEE, WI – A man was killed last night when he was hit by a car in west Milwaukee.
According to Fox 6 Now, a vehilce was heading south on 27th Street at about 8:15 p.m. when it struck the man as he crossed at the intersection with Burleigh Street.
The 36-year-old victim was thrown in to the northbound lane, where he was then run over by an unknown number of additional vehicles. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 46-year-old woman in the initial striking vehicle fled, but returned a short time later. The other vehicles involved did not remain at the scene.
