WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — One person was seriously hurt Wednesday morning when their motorcycle collided with a median in southwest Waukesha, according to Waukesha Alerts.
The accident took place at the intersection of Saylesville Road and Wisconsin State Highway 59. It was first reported by dispatchers shortly before 9:28 a.m.
Officials have not said what circumstances led up to the wreck, but the motorcycle was reported down on the roadway and not breathing.
Four police department units and six fire department units were called to the scene.

By 9:42 a.m., the victim was being transported to an area hospital. No other information on the severity of their condition has been released as of this writing.
