MILWAUKEE, WI — A vehicle crash Monday afternoon closed a left lane on Interstate 43 in downtown Milwaukee, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident occurred on the northbound lanes at West Wisconsin Avenue, across the highway from Marquette University. It was first reported by 511 at 12:12 p.m.
Details are limited, but the lane remained blocked for more than 30 minutes.

By 12:47 p.m., crews had cleared the scene from the roadway and all lanes were reopened.
