MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — Multiple people were sent to a hospital Thursday afternoon after a driver crashed an SUV into a KFC restaurant in West Allis, according to FOX6 Milwaukee.
The incident took place on Highway 100 (South 108th Street) near the National Avenue intersection at about 2;45 p.m.
Authorities said the driver and the other occupants, all of whom were elderly, were taken to a nearby hospital for a precautionary evaluation.
No one in the building was reported injured.
An investigation into the crash was underway.
