RACINE, WI – The Racine Fire Department was called to 16th Street and Racine Street, where a crash with entrapment happened Wednesday.
The Racine Police Department, who also responded and arrived at the scene after 7:30 p.m., said the driver had struck a building before hitting a tree.
Emergency crews did not confirm if anyone was injured or had to be taken to a hospital.
