RACINE, WI – The Racine Police Department and the Racine Fire Department were at the scene of a crash southwest of Lockwood Park that injured at least one person Monday.
The Racine County News/ Scanner said officers and fire crews arrived at the crash site — the intersection of Washington Avenue and Sycamore Avenue — before 9 p.m.
