MILWAUKEE, WI – According to new information from CBS 58, it was a man driving a Ford vehicle who passed away after running a red light and hitting a Milwaukee County Transit System bus Thursday.
Two citizens came forward and told the source that the victim was 31-year-old Brandon Turner, pointing out a small memorial they had created for him.
To recap, this crash happened just before midnight at North 35th Street and Capitol Drive. Initially, reporters said that the collision occurred Friday, but CBS 58 confirmed it actually happened on Thursday. The two passengers with him were a 27-year-old and a 28-year-old adult, who were hospitalized for serious wounds.
The last details from our newsroom’s article also showed that the bus driver was also hospitalized and in stable condition.
Milwaukee Police started an investigation and haven’t provided additional commentary at this time.
