WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — Authorities continue to investigate a collision Sunday morning in southwest Waukesha that claimed the life of a 76-year-old man, according to FOX 6 Milwaukee.
The wreck occurred at the intersection of Les Paul Parkway and East Saint Paul Avenue (Genesee Road) on June 4, at about 10:00 a.m.
Details remain limited, but two vehicles were involved. Waukesha Police believe the decedent, identified as Gerald Kuchler, was driving a red vehicle that failed to stop at a red light. Moments later, his vehicle collided with another car.
Kuchler was administered life-saving measures before being transported to a hospital, but he was later pronounced deceased.
The original FOX 6 Milwaukee report indicates a number of people in the other vehicle cooperated with investigators and were released from the scene.
No charges have been reported as of this writing. An investigation remains underway.
