WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — A vehicle wreck Friday morning blocked a left lane on Interstate 94 near north Waukesha, according to TTWN Milwaukee.
The collision took place on the westbound lanes of I-94 at Wisconsin State Highway 164, or Pewaukee Road, southwest of Pewaukee. It was first reported by TTWN at 10:00 a.m.
Authorities have not disclosed the cause of the accident, but the lane remained blocked for at least another 20 minutes after the initial report.

By 10:20 a.m., traffic had become backed up to County Highway F and Redford Boulevard.

It was not immediately clear whether anyone was seriously hurt or had to be taken to a hospital.
