KENOSHA COUNTY, WI — Two people were airlifted to a hospital last Friday, April 21, after a head-on crash in southeast Pleasant Prairie that injured two others, reports FOX 6 Milwaukee.
The accident happened in the area of 116th Street and Sheridan Road, just before 6:30 p.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the wreck, but Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue crews had to extricate multiple occupants from vehicle wreckage.
Two patients were rushed by Flight for Life to a Level 1 Trauma center, while two others were transported to a Pleasant Prairie hospital.
Multiple area agencies, including fire departments from Winthrop Harbor, Zion, Newport, Bristol and Somers, assisted PPFR at the crash site.
