MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash Thursday night blocked two left lanes on Interstate 894/43 near east Greenfield, according to TTWN Milwaukee.
Officials said the accident happened on the eastbound lanes at West Loomis Road (Wisconsin State Highway 36). It was first recorded shortly before 8:30 p.m.

Little information has been disclosed, but at the time of the initial report, traffic was backed up to 51st Street. The scene remained on the roadway for at least an hour, suggesting a significant collision and/or an extended emergency response.
By 9:30 p.m., 511 Wisconsin indicated the accident had been cleared with all lanes restored to traffic.
