KENOSHA COUNTY, WI — A 3-year-old died Sunday morning after being struck by a pickup truck on 33rd Avenue in Pleasant Prairie, according to TMJ4.
Pleasant Prairie Police responded to the scene in the area of 39th Avenue and 104th Street at about 9:30 a.m.
A preliminary investigation indicates the child attempted to retrieve a ball from the front of a pickup truck parked in front of a residence. The victim was hit when their father, who was unaware the toddler was there, pulled the vehicle forward.
No other information has been released at this time.
