Details remain limited, but officials initially reported the right shoulder blocked but a follow-up tweet indicated the rollover crash was blocking the left shoulder. By 6:50 a.m., a traffic backup had already formed down to the Zoo Interchange.
At 7:35 a.m., nearly an hour after the initial TTWN report, the scene remained on the shoulder and the backup had stretched to Wisconsin State Highway 100.
