BROWN COUNTY, WI — Authorities were called to a collision last Thursday, January 5, on Interstate 5 near Ashwaubenon, according to Kathryn Bracho, First Alert traffic anchor with Action 2 News This Morning.
The crash happened on the southbound lanes, south of the Wisconsin Highway 172 interchange. It was first reported shortly before 7:25 a.m.
Authorities have not disclosed the cause of the wreck, but the roadways were said to be slippery at the time, suggesting weather conditions may have been a factor. Delays were anticipated in the area.
