MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — Two people were hurt Sunday morning after a vehicle collided with the awning of Grebe’s Bakery in West Allis, according to TMJ4.
The accident occurred off of West Lincoln Avenue. West Allis Police responded to the scene in the business’ parking lot at about 11:40 a.m.
A preliminary investigation found the pickup had struck both the awning and one adult woman. The awning then hit an adult male.
Both victims suffered injuries considered non-life-threatening, but it was unclear whether they had to be transported to a hospital.
The driver of the pickup truck stayed at the site and cooperated with responding officers.
