MILWAUKEE, WI — A vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon blocked two right lanes on Interstate 41 in Milwaukee’s south side, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash occurred on the northbound interstate at West Edgerton Avenue, approaching The Gateway to Milwaukee. It was first reported by 511 at 2:18 p.m.
Few details have been provided at this time, but the lanes remained shut down for nearly 25 minutes.

By 2:44 p.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reopened.
