MILWAUKEE, WI — A collision early Wednesday evening closed a section of westbound Interstate 94 in west Milwaukee, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash happened on the westbound lanes at Exit 307B to North Hawley Road, near the city’s Bluemound Heights neighborhood. It was first reported by 511 at 5:04 p.m.
Authorities did not say what led up to the wreck, but the closure remained in place for over 30 minutes.

By 5:37 p.m., crews had cleared the accident from the roadway and all lanes were reopened.
