MILWAUKEE, WI — Authorities responded to a wreck Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 894/41 near Alcott Park in southwest Milwaukee, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision took place on the westbound interstate at Exit 3 to Beloit Road. It was first reported by 511 at 12:37 p.m.
As of this writing, the cause of the crash remains undisclosed, but two left westbound lanes were closed in the immediate aftermath.

By 1:04 p.m., nearly 30 minutes later, crews had cleared the accident and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
