The accident occurred on the northbound entrance ramp to Miller Park Way (Brewers Boulevard) from West National Avenue. It was first reported by the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office at about 10:24 p.m.
Authorities said a car spun off the ramp and into a nearby small pond. Responding fire crews were able to pull a female occupant out of the vehicle, which had become submerged.
The condition of the victim was not immediately clear, but she was found “conscious and breathing.” Officials with the sheriff’s office said no one else was in the vehicle.
All northbound lanes at the onramp were shut down during the emergency response. No further information has been made available at this time.
