SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI — A 20-year-old man died Tuesday night after his vehicle struck an Interstate 43 bridge pier column in the Town of Holland, according to FOX 6 Milwaukee.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office said the fatal accident happened on a span of Foster Road that runs below the interstate.
An early investigation found the young man was driving eastbound on the road when his vehicle collided with the pier column supporting the southbound interstate.
It was not immediately clear whether the victim died at the scene or at a hospital.
No further details have been disclosed at this time, but an investigation was underway.
