MILWAUKEE, WI — Two people were hospitalized Tuesday morning after a multi-vehicle crash in north Milwaukee’s Graceland neighborhood, according to TMJ4.
Milwaukee Police said the collision occurred in the area of North Sherman Boulevard and West Mill Road at about 8:25 a.m.
A preliminary investigation indicates there was a traffic signal outage at the intersection at the time a 37-year-old man driving a car failed to yield to the right of way. Moments later, it collided with a second car driven by a woman. Officials said the impact of the crash sent the second car crashing into a third car.
The driver of the first car suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
The driver of the second car, who had to be extricated from the wreckage, was also taken to a hospital with non-fatal injuries.
No one else was reported hurt, and no further information has been released at this time.
