WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — A 32-year-old man was critically injured Tuesday night after his motorcycle collided with an SUV near Lowell Park in Waukesha, reports TMJ4.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Madison Street and Kilps Drive, shortly before 8:30 p.m.
It was unclear what led up to the wreck, but the Waukesha Police Department said the man was riding a motorcycle westbound when it hit the back of an SUV.
Waukesha Fire Department and Flight for Life arrived at the scene, and the rider was flown to an area hospital. As of this writing, the patient remains in critical condition.
An investigation is in progress, but Waukesha Police said they believe speed contributed to the crash.
