SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash Wednesday evening closed all westbound lanes of Wisconsin Highway 23 near northwest Sheboygan, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision occurred on the westbound highway at North Taylor Drive and was first reported by 511 at 6:30 p.m.
Few details have been shared, but only two right lanes were initially blocked. By 6:40 p.m., the closure was upgraded to include all westbound lanes.

The roadway remained blocked for over an hour, suggesting a major accident and extended emergency response.
By 7:57 p.m., the scene had been cleared and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
