WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — A 79-year-old man died Wednesday morning after a two-vehicle crash on West Grange Avenue in south New Berlin, reports CBS58.
The fatal accident occurred at the intersection with South Moorland Road, near the Costco Wholesale location, shortly before 9:52 a.m.
It was not immediately clear what caused the wreck, but New Berlin Police said an SUV and a tow truck were involved.
The elderly driver died from his injuries at the scene.
Officials did not say which vehicle the victim was driving, and no further details have been released at this time.
An investigation was in progress.
